Two Lips Reviews:
Bravo, Ms. Barron! I enjoyed how you took the ancient mythology of the Djinn and
modernized it with an unexpected ending. It is my sincerest wish that The Desires of the Lamp series continues, allowing more Djinn to bring pleasure to others who have lost faith in themselves. I’m now on the quest for my own lamp! |

Night Owl Reviews:
This book was my first one by Minnette and I’m looking forward to reading more of her works. She brings you into a new time and very quickly has you integrated into the lives and settings of her characters. You feel for them like they are your friends and easily develop emotional bonds with them and their community. I encourage you to try out Minnette’s work and see how enmeshed you will become in her wonderful settings. This book pulled me in and I read it in two sittings, just before bed and right when I awoke. --Tammie |

Night Owl Reviews: A Reviewer's Top Pick
This was the third book in the Bride’s Inn series and this story, just as each past story, was an absolute joy to read. This story kept me wondering what was going to happen next and I was curious to know just how Anthony Zodan was tied to Crystal. Catherine Chernow knows how to tell a story that entertains you and she makes you want to read more of her work. She has a remarkable talent and I just absolutely love the Bride’s Inn series. Please keep the stories coming with this series, Catherine! This one is definitely worth picking up! --Diana |

Coffee-Time Romance:
The Summer Deal is a smooth and sexy read. Demo and Sammy are wonderful characters whom the reader will enjoy becoming more acquainted with. In fact, the entire Lakis family is endearing. Peppered throughout with Greek phrases and words of endearment, the story is made even more romantic. Even the food, houses and people of Greece are delightfully detailed. From New York to Athens to the beautiful island of Crete, Aleka Nakis takes the reader on a blissful journey of the senses. --Bonnie-Lass

...this is the book for you. It should come with a warning, though. Reading it ensures that when you pick up another book, it won't come close to The Dance. Oh, and you'll be lost when it's finished. I still am. Nothing on my bookshelf looks appealing anymore. --M.E Ellis

Night Owl Reviews: A Reviewer's Top Pick
I am a fan of Tia Fanning and her work. She pens wonderfully entertaining stories that don't disappoint her readers. This story was extremely engrossing and had me wondering the entire time what was going to happen to Brenna. This story was a very intense military story, but Ms. Fanning found the perfect opportunities to sprinkle some love scenes throughout. I will definitely add this one to my library. I assure you that you won't be disappointed with this story.--Diana |

Dark Angel Reviews:
This is one series I'd definitely like to have as Keepers and to read in order. I'm particularly impressed by Ms. James' really seamless interweaving of the historical life on Ocacroke Island during Tory's lifetime (1756) and the contemporary setting experienced by horror author Colton MacKenzie in Manhattan and on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. -- Frost |
